Silent Tracker

Select your operating system to download the tracker.

Download & Install on Windows

Follow the steps below to install the tracker on windows

  1. Download Silent Tracker setup from Karya website.
  2. Double-click the downloaded setup file to begin installation.
  3. Click Yes when prompted by Windows security.
  4. Enter the Silent Tracker Key provided by your administrator.
  5. Click Next through the installation steps.
  6. Click Finish to complete the installation.
  7. The tracker starts running automatically in the background.

Download & Install on Mac

Follow the steps below.

  1. Download the DMG file sent to your email.
  2. Open the DMG file and drag MacTracker to the Applications folder.
  3. Go to System Settings → Users & Groups and note your current username.
  4. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and enable MacTracker under Accessibility.
  5. Enable MacTracker under Input Monitoring.
  6. Enable MacTracker under Full Disk Access.
  7. Enable MacTracker under Files & Folders.
  8. Enable MacTracker under Screen Recording.
  9. Enable MacTracker under Automation.
  10. Open Applications and launch MacTracker.
  11. Enter the employee's Installation Key.
  12. Click Login.
  13. Click OK on the success message.
  14. Click Continue.
  15. Open the Shortcuts application.
  16. Create a new shortcut and add a Wait action.
  17. Set the Wait duration to 70 seconds or more.
  18. Add an Open File action to the shortcut.
  19. Select MacTracker from the Applications folder.
  20. Save the shortcut and close the shortcut window.
  21. Right-click the shortcut and select Add to Dock.
  22. Add the shortcut to Login Items from System Settings → Users & Groups.
  23. Open the LaunchAgents folder from Users → Username → Library → LaunchAgents.
  24. Copy com.orgtraq.mactracker.plist from the DMG file.
  25. Paste com.orgtraq.mactracker.plist into the Launch Agents folder.
  26. Open Terminal.
  27. Run the command provided in the installation log to set permissions for the plist file.
  28. Run the command provided in the installation log to install the LaunchAgent.
  29. Run the command provided in the installation log to start the LaunchAgent.
  30. Restart the Mac.
  31. After restart, verify that the tracker is working from Activity Monitoring.

Interactive Tracker

  1. Download the Interactive Tracker Setup from the Karya website.
  2. Double-click the downloaded setup file to start installation.
  3. Click Yes when prompted by Windows security.
  4. Click Next through the installation wizard.
  5. Click Finish to complete the installation.
  6. Open the Karya Tracker shortcut created on your desktop.
  7. Login using your assigned username and password.
  8. Start tracking your work activities from the application.

Download & Install on Mac

Follow the steps below to install the tracker on Mac

  1. Download the interactive tracker app from the App Store.
  2. Click install option (prompts for first time installation).
  3. KaryaTrackerInteractive.app installed to the Applications.
  4. Open the KaryaTrackerInteractive.app from Applications.
  5. Login using your username and password.
  6. Start tracking your work activities from the application.
